North Carolina
North Carolina has been a heartbreaker for Democrats in the last few cycles. It is the only Presidential battleground that Biden lost in 2020. With a new dynamic Party Chair, North Carolina is competitive for the Presidency. There remains one competitive House race in this extremely gerrymandered state. In addition, the Governor’s race is a must-win for Democrats to provide a counter-balance to the Republican-controlled state legislature.
