WHAT HE DID

• Appointed three right-wing Supreme Court Justices who overturned Roe v. Wade

• Bragged that he was responsible

• Supported a federal abortion ban during and after his presidency

• Now supports leaving decisions about abortion access to the states

WHAT HE INTENDS TO DO

• Do nothing to challenge extremist state policies like punishing doctors who provide abortions

• Give a platform to former advisors who wrote the anti-abortion Project 2025 and anti-abortion running mate JD Vance

WHAT HE DID

• Denied Covid’s severity, resulting in 180,000 excess American deaths

• Promoted unproven and dangerous Covid treatments (such as injecting bleach)

• Proposed budget cuts that would weaken Medicare

• Promised to repeal the Affordable Care Act, with no viable alternative

• Cut funding for the Affordable Care Act and added new eligibility restrictions

WHAT HE INTENDS TO DO

• Eliminate the Affordable Care Act or “improve it” (no details given), putting health care at risk for 45 million Americans

WHAT HE DID

• Appointed loyalist cabinet members who had no relevant experience

• Gave key political roles to friends and family, including Jared Kushner (who was repeatedly rejected for security clearance)

• Cozied up to ruthless dictators, including Viktor Orban, Kim Jung Un, and Vladimir Putin

• Undermined democratic institutions with constant attacks on the free press and the courts

• Told a Christian audience to vote for him and they'd never need to vote again

WHAT HE INTENDS TO DO

• Act on his promise to “terminate” parts of the Constitution

• Be a dictator "for at least a day"

• Act legally, or illegally, protected by the recent Supreme Court immunity ruling

• Fire thousands of experienced civil servants in agencies like the EPA and FDA, and replace them with unqualified loyalists

WHAT HE DID

• Opposed any increase in the minimum wage

• Cheated his workers repeatedly out of their pay (dishwashers, bartenders, plumbers, painters, and many others)

• Earned dozens of citations for his businesses failing to pay overtime or minimum wage

• Gave huge tax breaks to the top 1%, including his billionaire donors and friends

• Bragged about being a tax cheat "because I'm smart"

WHAT HE INTENDS TO DO

• End Biden's student loan relief

• Increase taxes on low and middle income families, with the Project 2025 tax overhaul

• Extend tax breaks for the super-rich and corporations who back him

WHAT HE DID IN THE 2020 ELECTION

• Incited the January 6 insurrection, resulting in five deaths (including a police officer)

• Pressured VP Pence to refuse to count electoral votes, then berated him for certifying the election

• Was criminally indicted three times for trying subvert the election

• Encouraged fake electors to cast fake votes

• Tried to bully Georgia's Secretary of State into “finding” 11,800 votes

• Extorted Ukraine to support election-related lies by withholding approved military aid (led to his first impeachment)

• Spread lies that voting machines deleted his votes, costing taxpayers millions for bogus investigations

• Spread lies about poll workers, whose safety was threatened by his followers

• Chose running mate JD Vance, who says he would have refused to certify the 2020 election

WHAT HE INTENDS TO DO

• Won’t accept presidential election results if he loses – unless he personally feels that the election was “honest”

WHAT HE DID

• Enforced the right-wing agenda by appointing radical judges at all levels

• Protected himself in criminal cases by appointing loyalist judges, including Aileen Cannon who threw out his stolen documents case

• Used the FBI to investigate and harass more than two dozen of his opponents

• Obstructed the Mueller investigation into Russian interference in the 2020 election, then said he was found innocent — which the Mueller team did NOT say

WHAT HE INTENDS TO DO

• Expand executive control over the FBI and Department of Justice, for use as tools of intimidation

WHAT HE DID

• Was convicted of 34 felony charges of criminal election interference by bribing a porn star with $130,000 to not talk about their affair

• Was convicted of tax fraud (fined half a billion and his New York business was restricted)

• Was found liable of sexually assaulting a woman in a department store dressing room

• Embezzled millions from Trump Foundation charity

• Scammed millions from students at Trump University

• Appointed cabinet members and close advisers who were found guilty of fraud, money laundering, lying under oath, and more

• Gave pardons to Paul Manafort, Roger Stone, Michael Flynn and friends who were convicted of major crimes

• Paid his legal bills with money from small donors and his PAC

WHAT HE INTENDS TO DO

• Use his “absolute right” to pardon himself for federal crimes

• Stop the Justice Department from filing criminal charges against him

• Pardon convicted criminals from the January 6 insurrection

WHAT HE DID

• Withdrew the U.S. from the Paris Climate Accords

• Cancelled environmental protections, ignoring recommendations from climate scientists and rewarding the fossil fuel industry

• Called renewable energy a “scam business.”

• Promised Big Oil execs they could control the climate agenda for a $1 billion donation

WHAT HE INTENDS TO DO

• Continue to deny climate change, expand fossil fuel use and block renewable energy

• Scrap rules that require automakers to reduce emissions

• Severely cut back Democratic plans to reduce greenhouse gases

WHAT HE DID

• Gutted restrictions on gun access for the dangerous or mentally ill

• Stopped a bill that required the sale of child safety devices in gun stores.

WHAT HE INTENDS TO DO

• Roll back gun regulations

• Block legislation that sets any limits on gun access, including assault weapons

WHAT HE DID

• Stole classified government documents, left them unsecured in his home, then blocked law enforcement from retrieving them

• Behaved so erratically after the Jan. 6 insurrection that Gen. Milley (Chairman of the Joint Chiefs) took steps to prohibit Trump from using nuclear weapons

• Proudly quotes Putin, and repeatedly tells the world that the U.S. is weak, declining, and rotten

• Accused in more than 180 lawsuits of accepting payments and gifts from foreign governments while president

WHAT HE INTENDS TO DO

• Reduce or withdraw support for European allies in the NATO alliance

• Strike a deal that allows his "friend" Putin to seize parts of Ukraine and influence American policy

• Stirred up racial tension after the 2020 death of George Floyd

• Praised white supremacist marchers in Charlottesville and told the racist Proud Boys to “stand by”

• Made hateful comments about Muslims, Mexicans, Native Americans, African-Americans and Jews

• Referred to Haiti and African nations as “shithole countries”

• Separated parents and children at the border, putting children in cages

• Pushed Republicans to kill the bipartisan border security bill, so he could prevent a Democratic win and use the border as a campaign issue

WHAT HE INTENDS TO DO

• Deport 10 million immigrants — the largest mass deportation in U.S. history --even if they've lived and worked in the U.S. for years.

WHAT HE DID

• Appointed Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos, who proposed cutting more than $8.5 billion from public education

• Supported buying guns for teachers with education funds

• Praised the Supreme Court ruling that overturned Affirmative Action at universities

WHAT HE SAYS HE’LL DO

• Abolish the Department of Education

• Limit what can be taught in public schools, allowing states to ban books, and mandate teaching the Bible

• Take federal funding from schools that teach about race, racism, gender, and sexuality

• Revive the “1776 Commission,” which promotes teaching, among other things, that slavery was a necessary reality

• Cheated on his wife (with a porn star), four months after she gave birth to their son

• Bragged about grabbing women’s “pussies”

• Accused by at least 26 women of sexual misconduct

• Said about 16-year-old Ivanka: "Don't you think my daughter's hot?" Also: "If Ivanka weren't my daughter, perhaps I'd be dating her."

• Made fun of Nancy Pelosi’s husband Paul, after his skull was fractured by a deranged Trump supporter

• Said that John McCain wasn’t a war hero because he was captured and that America’s war dead were “suckers” and “losers”

• Publicly mocked a reporter with a disability

• Said about people with disabilities: “Maybe those kinds of people should just die."
